  • How do I create an account?

    You don’t need to create an account in order to browse our offers, but creating a Compare Fitness World account is quick, simple and FREE. To create your account please click on the sign-up button located at the top right of the screen.

  • How do I search for fitness facilities?

    When you land on our homepage you will be given the choice of clicking 3 green boxes - personal training, classes and online plans. If you click online plans you won’t be asked for a location - simply because online plans have no location barrier. If you click personal training or classes you will be asked to type in a postcode or city. This can be your home address, work address, hotel address or anywhere else you want to train.

  • How can I customize my search?

    Once you have entered a post code and clicked the search button you will find all of the relevant search results depending on whether you clicked online plans, personal training or classes. On this page you can customize your search using the filters button located at the left hand side of the page including, price, distance, reviews and more. Simply choose your preferred results and click refresh and the page will update.

  • What happens if the trainer asks me to pay outside of the Compare Fitness World platform?

    Never pay the trainer in cash or outside the Compare Fitness World platform. If you do you will lose all the protection that we give with our service. With our service the fitness professional will get their money once the code you give them has been redeemed - meaning if they don't show up, they won’t get paid.

  • What is an online plan?

    An online plan is a training/nutritional plan generated for you by a fitness professional. They can be either made as a standard plan (non-specific) or custom made to meet your needs and requirements. With online plans you will not physically be getting personally trained, however you will be given a detailed plan outlining all the exercises you need to do and a nutritional plan (if this is included in the offer.) Once you purchase the online plan, we notify the fitness professional and then they will get in touch with you to understand your goals and requirements, before sending you the plan online.

  • When can I attend my exercise class or personal training session?

    Once you have purchased your service, it is then the seller's (exercise class or personal trainer) responsibility to get in contact with you and arrange to attend the venue at an agreed day and time by phone, text or email. We always have the seller’s details so if there’s ever a problem, just contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

  • Can I pay at the gym or fitness facility?

    No. To receive the offers viewed on www.comparefitnessworld.com you need to purchase them directly via our website. If you’re attending a class you should simply explain to the gym that you have purchased the class already and show them your voucher code.

  • What do I do if I have not received my code via email?

    You should receive your unique code via email within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If you do not, please contact us at info@comparefitnessworld.com and we will resend you your pass via email. To avoid having problems once you have received your unique code we recommend you print out your voucher and hand it in to redeem it.

  • How do I leave feedback on my experience?

    Once your class, online plan or personal training has been redeemed, we welcome feedback regarding all aspects of the service you received. When you finish your training, we’ll ask how you got on. Your feedback is much appreciated as it not only helps your fellow Compare Fitness World users to get an idea of what to expect from the services, but also tells the seller’s how they could improve the services and facilities they offer, so please don't forget to let us know how each visit goes.

  • What do I present to my trainer on my first visit?

    Compare Fitness World recommends you print out your unique code sent once purchase was confirmed. You show your unique code (either via your email on your mobile phone or printed out copy) along with I.D ensuring you are the named person who made the purchase. Any standard form of I.D will do. These include:- bank card, credit card, driving licence, passport, and bus pass.

  • What if my code is rejected?

    If you ever experience any problems with your code and/or feel that you were not let into the gym when you should have been, please contact us at info@comparefitnessworld.com and we will investigate the problem.
